Our school tour

This year we are going to Coole Park on our school tour. We are going to have a picnic and a treasure hunt. We will go to see the deers and we will look at where Coole House used to be. We will go to the visitor centre.

Our classroom

There are 21 pupils in Mrs Forde's room. There are 10 in Junior infants,
8 in Senior Infants and 3 in first class. We love to do PE., play, work.
We all try to be friends. We all eat a healthy lunch. We love to work on the computer.

Our Nature Walks

Every week Mrs Forde brings our class on a nature walk. We see birds, mini-beasts, plants and flowers. We love to find things out and ask Mrs Forde lots of questions. We have been very lucky this term because the weather is fine and we can be outdoors a lot of the time.Here are some

Junior Green Fingers

We were busy planting bulbs, cress and strawberries during late Spring.

All the Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First Class brought in flowerpot.s and yoghurt cartons. Mrs Forde gave us a strawberry plant and some compost and we planted them. We brought home our plants. We water it and look after them everyday.

Goldilocks and Three Bears spotted in Peterswell

Goldilocks and the Three Bears were spotted in Mrs Forde's room recently. All the other children in the school were absolutely fasciniated and came to watch a wonderful performance by the little girl, the three bears and friends.
